Netflix issues a memo that appears to be directed towards easily offended employees.

On Thursday, Netflix issued a "culture" message to employees, implying that individuals who are easily offended or who seek to "manage" others should leave.

Last fall, some employees staged a walkout after comedian Dave Chappelle made transgender jokes during his last comedy special for the streaming service

Netflix appears to be attempting to prevent future demonstrations. Its new culture document says that the corporation prefers to work with employees who have thick skin.

Netflix, according to the message, aims for diversity while also asking employees to extend their perspectives.

"At Netflix, we want to delight the globe by creating great stories from anywhere and giving people everywhere more choice and power," the company adds.
